Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us through our websites.

There are two prices to take into account – product, and shipping. Both will get charged for each order you make. There is also an optional free delivery.

Our shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products. Go to the page with a specific product for more precise fulfillment and delivery times.

Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. You will see the final shipping costs calculated by our system during the checkout process.

Nevertheless, for your convenience, we organized products into categories. The shipping categories below contain products that have similar dimensions, weight, and packaging. In some cases, like for Bags, Mugs, and Posters, subcategories provide more exact rates.

Our fixed Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the average shipping cost for each product category.

Which countries apply to which shipping regions?

Currently, we have 9 separate shipping regions, and each region has its own rates:

• • All other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as we don’t ship to these destinations. Our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.

The list of countries may change periodically.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Delivery

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

• USA: 3–4 business days
• Europe: 6–8 business days
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Your order will be shipped from the most convenient location to deliver the product to you as soon as possible.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
• Ask your local post office if they have your package
• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we could send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [email protected]

I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a week’s time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges for customized products, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected]!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at  [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges to customized products. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts – we have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!

Free Shipping

Currently, we offer free Standard shipping on orders over $50 (USD).

Expedited Shipping Fees

We don’t offer expedited shipping.

All times and dates, if given, for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to most countries.

Unfortunately, we don’t ship products offered on our websites to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:

• Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
• Russia
• Belarus
• Ecuador
• Cuba
• Iran
• Syria
• North Korea

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):

• Brunei
• Chad
• Laos

• Mongolia
• Samoa
• South Sudan

ADDITIONAL RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Please note we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
• Not all shipping methods are available for certain items. For more information, check the product description.
• Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.
• Same-day delivery is not possible for customized products.
• Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
